We believe in satisfying the customers and understand the frustration when customers receive products that are not up to their expectations. Therefore, we do allow return & refund within 7 days from the date of purchased.
What items that can be returned?
Perishable goods are non-returnable. We always check the quality of our goods before delivering them to our customers. As for other products that you are not happy with, kindly return the products in the original packaging, tagging and unused.
Any damaged or used products will not be accepted. Ezbiscuit Enterprise will not be responsible for any products that are lost in transit.
How to return?

Once confirmed, kindly send your parcel to the address stated below at your own cost.
Once the products/goods are received, please allow 7 working days for us to process your refund.
